What Will You Learn?
The Samavira Meditation training is a 6-week online program that uses meditation principles and teachings vetted by Buddhist monks. Our training is designed in such a way that we support you in creating your own unique meditation style that works best for you. Each week, we host a 2-hour session moving through the different modules of the Samavira Method™ to train your mind to become a self-reliant meditator. All sessions close with group meditation where we put into practice each new aspect of the Samavira Method™ that you can carry on practicing daily between the sessions.

Who is this training for? What if I’ve never meditated before?
Most of our students have some experience with meditation already. However, we created this training with you in mind. Whether you’re an experienced meditator or you’re new to the practice, it’s designed to meet you wherever you are on your personal journey. During this training, you’ll strengthen your capacity to cope with life’s challenges and learn how to build a consistent, long-term meditation practice.
When does the training take place?
The live group training sessions are every Sunday starting on Sunday 25th September and finishing on Sunday 13th November. The sessions take place from 8pm – 10pm CET. Click here to convert to your local timezone.
I tried to meditate before but it didn’t work for me. Would it make sense to join this training?
Our training is designed in such a way that we support you in creating your own unique meditation style that works best for you. So yes, we certainly think it would make sense to join the training in this case.
What can I expect from this training?
At the end of the 8 weeks, you can expect to have a thorough understanding and practice of meditation and mindfulness, a meditation style you have made your own, and to be a more independent meditator who doesn’t need to rely on external guidance.
What do I get when I sign up for the training?
In addition to our weekly, live sessions, you’ll get handouts of all the theory, a habit tracking calendar, and the recorded guided meditations from the sessions to help strengthen your practice at home. At the end of the training, you’ll also get a certificate of completion.
What happens if I sign-up and I cannot attend the training?
If for some reason you can’t make one of the live calls, we will share the replay with you afterwards.

Yes, most definitely. The Samavira Method is meant to be used in everyday life. We believe that when you find something that works well for you, it’s good to keep up with the practice, so you can continue to deepen your experience.
